We do not perform radon testing or mitigation. We are not a radon testing company, a radon mitigation contractor, or a licensed professional service provider. We do not employ, supervise, or control the radon professionals listed on or connected through this Site.

All radon testing, mitigation, and related services are performed by independent, third-party contractors who hold their own PA DEP certifications. We do not guarantee, warrant, or endorse the work, qualifications, or results of any contractor connected through this Site.

When you submit a lead request form on this Site, your information is routed to a DEP-certified radon professional in your area. By submitting the form, you consent to being contacted by the assigned professional regarding radon services.

Submitting a lead form does not create a contract for services, an obligation to hire any contractor, or a client relationship with PA Radon Hub. You are under no obligation to engage with the professional who contacts you.

Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information on this Site, including radon risk data, cost estimates, geological descriptions, and regulatory references. However:

• Radon levels vary by individual property and cannot be predicted from regional data alone
• Cost estimates are approximate ranges based on regional market data, not binding quotes

The only way to determine radon levels in a specific property is professional testing by a DEP-certified tester.
